Via imperial decree the following is now law
1. Any and all forum administrators may not ban, kick without valid cause and proof to show, Nor edit the profile of another without their permission
2. Root forum administrator. or any administrator may not give anyone else administrative power without the consent of the emperor.
3. If an administrator gives away the personal information of another, or uses it to their advantage in some way they will be removed from admin.
4. The root forum administrator is required to give the emperor the current password, and update him if it changes.
5. This imperial decree exempts the emperor from it, and now inputs the previous as law, and actions will have consequences.
