What do you plan to do as Secretary of War?

Also, do you plan to dismiss the current High Command, and get new officers?

Do you have any experience?

My plans for Secretary of War are three steps. First is talk with the current High Command and Officer on what days they can do raids most often on, so I can set up a semi-schedule of who hosts on any given day so raids don't overlap too often. Second would be reform the High Command and Officers, those who say they are going to do something and don't, i.e. host a raid and than cancel in the middle. Thirdly would be continue having raids happen on a regular basis, as to make sure that the armed forces does not lose interest.

And I will only dismiss High Command and Officers if, as I said before, don't do what they have said they are going to do, or just fail to show up.

I have a lot of experience with other games with military high command, mostly planning and leading through thick and thin. I know NS is different than most, with the raiding, but while it is different, planning and tactics are not that hard to transfer over to anything.

Do you understand the duties of the Secretary of War, especially as you have just joined TUNAF? As in, do you understand that you have no raiding experience in NS, and possibly need to learn everything before attempting to run a military?

Secretary of War is in charge of Advising the Emperor on military matters, along with being the head of the entire military, second only to the Emperor. And yes, while I would have to learn a lot, I learn quickly on my feet, and would rather learn and realize my mistakes when I make them, than realize them on a date that is uncertain.

I plan to run it similar to this, with a set schedule of who hosts raids on what days and which updates, and if they fail to show up for more than three in a row, without proper reasoning, i.e. work, school, illness, or something like that, I will either punish or dismiss.
